  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Payments are provided through Stripe.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. All shipping is provided via Royal Mail.

  • I don't know how to track my order. Please assist.

    After purchase, you will recieve a dispatch email usually within 1-2 working days. Within this email, you should find the link to the tracking information. If you cannot see this email, feel free to contact us on info@bculture.co.uk and we can assist further.

  • I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

    Sorry! We are not able to offer refunds, however we can exchange sizes for products if they don't fit as you'd like.
