At B. Culture, we are committed to revolutionizing the fashion industry. We have developed an innovative clothing line, produced from bacterial cellulose which offers an alternative to traditional textiles. Our clothes redefine sustainability in the world of fashion, significantly reducing water usage, promoting biodegradability and ultimately aligning with our core values of ethical and conscious production. With a focus on sustainability and quality, we strive to redefine fashion while minimizing our environmental footprint.

The Concept

We have partnered with leading UK-based research & development teams to create the perfect range of bacterially-grown products. Our products are made from a product called Bacterial Cellulose (BC). BC, also known as microbial cellulose, is a biodegradable, natural cellulose that is synthesized by bacteria. We then modify this with a range of sustainably sourced materials to ensure the products we create look, feel and behave like cotton products, but without the impact to the environment.

We know. Clothing made from bacteria? Eww? It might seem strange, but it works. We've tested our products with focus groups who completely changed their minds after they wore our products. We've been working hard in the lab to ensure you can't tell the difference between traditional clothing and our range. The only difference is that B. Culture products don't come at the cost of the planet. Once you realise this, there's only one winner.
